In the fourth webinar in our series on Digital Fluency, we focus on Digital Transformation.  QA has partnered with SXP and we will be looking at their ‘Digital Transformation in a Day’ business simulation, DTXi.  DTXi simulates a complex enterprise business model that educates players on the strategic Digital Transformation choices facing organisations and gives instant feedback on their impact on organisational performance.

The simulation allows us to look at the process of adding organisational value, co-creation and building the ongoing confidence across the whole organisation needed to embrace digital disruption, as well as looking at the organisational capabilities needed to add value and be effective.

Currently leading QA’s Practices in Data and Digital Transformation across learning, consulting and apprenticeships, he has developed and launched capabilities and portfolios in agile engineering, design thinking, DevOps, data science, engineering and AI during his time with QA.
