DAX is a powerful function-based language. This webinar is intended to introduce some of the capabilities with the language then enable you to create tables in a Power BI Desktop data model. Creating tables with DAX provides an easy way to both enhance a data model and also create record sets very quickly.

Hear about Table creation techniques and gain an introduction to the table creation functions within Power BI Desktop. You will learn how to apply filter context to produce specific record sets based on other tables. Summary tables will be created to provide reusable aggregate views of data.
